1) All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.2) Serious buyer only. If you can't decide, please move on.
3) First come first serve basis. Priority will be given to one that settle payment first. Prices are final and not inclusive postage costs.
4) No refunds or returns payment and delivery has been done. Items sold are non-returnable. Don't worry, we'll make sure the items is in good condition and quality.
Refunds will only be given if the items to be restocked is out of stock from the suppliers. Full refund guaranteed. However FULL PAYMENT is a must for bookings on restocked items.
5) Payment within 3 days via CIMB Bank. The account number will be given after confirmation. Items that is still not paid or in-transit we'll mark it as reserved. Meaning, if there's still a chance for you to purchase it.
6) Kindly inform us if you do not want the items anymore. Reservation will not exceed 3 days unless a valid reason is given. Last minute backouts will be blacklisted.
7) Postage costs is RM6 for West Malaysia & RM8 for East Malaysia. All mails will be through Pos Laju. Tracking number will be given once the parcel has been mailed.
Please be informed that all parcels will be mailed only on Fridays.
Rates for shoes are different depending on its weight. Email us for more details.
8) COD is not available at this moment, sorry.
8) We are not responsible for any damages that takes place during postage. Don't worry, all items will be packed nicely =)

11) Colours of the items may slightly differ in real life due to different monitor resolutions. However, not to worry, we try to take the most closest colour as per product.
